Many of these will provide useful information to Standard Committee members researching information for sections of their standards. This list is far from exhaustive, so the search box and the A-Z Directory on the SRJC homepage will also be useful.

• Academic Senate
  Information about the Academic Senate, including Senate members and officers, constitution, Senate committee appointments, agendas, and minutes.
• Admissions & Records
  SRJC admissions and registration policies and procedures.
• All Faculty Association
  Information on AFA, the collective bargaining agent for Unit A, regular and adjunct credit and noncredit faculty at SRJC. Includes access to AFA/District contract, MOUs, meeting agendas, minutes, and forms.
  
• Board of Trustees
  List of Board of Trustees members and links to agendas and minutes of Board meetings.
  
• Certificates
  Details about all SRJC certificates, including description, coursework, Student Learning Outcomes, and Gainful Employment Information.
• Classified Senate
  Information about the Classified Senate including constitution, bylaws, senators, minutes, agenda, and events.
• Community Education
  Course descriptions, schedules, and online registration access for SRJC's fee-supported community education classes.
• Committees (Shared Governance and Other)
  College committees, their functions, and their composition, with links to their homepages, which include agendas and minutes.
• Course Outlines of Record
  Access to all official course outlines of record for SRJC courses. To view an approved course, enter the course prefix and number as listed in the class schedule (example: ENGL 1A). To view a discipline's catalog, just enter the prefix.
• Curriculum
  Curriculum guidelines, including Curriculum Writer's Guide, information about curriculum forms, and links to curriculum resources.
• Crisis Intervention Resource Guide
  Guidance, resources, and contacts for instructors and staff dealing with student behaviors that conflict with the SRJC Standards of Conduct.
  
• Disability Resources
  Programs and services for students with disabilities. Includes resources for faculty and staff working with these students.
• District Online Committee
  Description and meeting agendas and minutes for the committee that provides guidance and standards for online education at the college.
  
• Education Plan
  The Education Plan is the institutional-level plan that derives from the Strategic Plan and defines the college’s purpose as an institution of higher learning.
• Emergency Preparedness
  SRJC Emergency Preparedness policy, procedures, and resources.
• Environmental Health and Safety
  Health, safety and environmental protection throughout the District. Includes reporting forms and links to instructive resources.
  
• Fact Book
  Links to PDFs of annual Fact Books as well as easily downloadable "At a Glance" pages for each version. The Fact Book contains overviews of the community demographics, student demographics, employee demographics, enrollment trends, institutional effectiveness, and financial and capital outlay.
• Faculty and Staff Handbook
  Information about college governance, routine procedures, college programs and services, and other useful guidelines and information (such as copyright guidelines and sexual harassment information). Designed for both new and continuing faculty may need.
• Faculty and Staff Lists
  Links to lists of faculty, classified staff, and administrative staff, with search box for contact information.
• Foundation at SRJC
  The functions and procedures of the SRJC Foundation, a separate entity from the college that does fundraising on behalf of the college and its programs.
  
• Human Resources
  Employment information, job applications, job descriptions, salary schedules, benefits descriptions, evaluation forms, and other useful resources.
  
• Information Technology
  Information and support for network, server, telecommunication, computing hardware, software, and instructional computing classroom and labs.
• Insider
  Links to PDF versions of all editions of SRJC Insider, a weekly publication for the college community, especially SRJC employees.
• Institutional Planning Website
  Links to related to College goals and planning such as College Initiatives, Program Review (PRPP), and budget reports.
• International Students
  Information for students from outside the United States who are considering enrolling in the SRJC program.
  
• Libraries
  Information on Santa Rosa Doyle Library and Petaluma Mahoney Library, plus access to electronic databases, the library catalog, search options, research support, libguides, and other library resources.
• Lookup
  Password protected site for SRJC employees that allows access to proposed and approved course outlines, enrollment reports, and registration links. (Note: Faculty have access to the same information through their faculty portals.)

  Detailed information about and transfer majors available at SRJC.
• Media Services
  Media Services resources at both libraries, plus a searchable online Media catalog for faculty.
  
• Office of Institutional Research
  Overview of information about the research functions at the college and instructions for and access to many sources of data, including the Fact Book and Institutional Planning Website.
• Online Learning
  Instructions, guidance, and resources for distance education courses at SRJC. Includes pages for faculty on Distance Ed policies, accessibility, and best practices.
• Organization Chart
  This PDF document shows the current management organization at SRJC.
  
• Policy and Procedure Manual
  Approved Board policies and procedures of the college.
• PRPP (Program Review documents for annual Programs and Resource Planning Process)
  Provides detailed and comprehensive reports from every department and program in the college. Requires Outlook password for SRJC employees to access the site. (Please be patient with the layers of passwords.)
• Purchasing
  General information about purchasing procedures and forms.
  
• SEIU (Service Employees International Union)
  Links to information on SEIU, Local 1021, which is the bargaining unit for SRJC classified employees. Includes most recent contract.
• SRJC Planning
  Links to past accreditation reports, institutional goals, advisory committee, college organizational charts, mission statement, policy manual, fact books, special reports, and other institutional plans and information.
• Staff Resource Center and Professional Development
  Professional development resources for faculty, classified staff, and management team. Includes information on Professional Development Activities Day (PDA), menu and schedule of professional development flex opportunities, and related forms.
• Strategic Planning
  Description of College-wide Strategic Planning effort with links to Work Group activities, FAQs, and resources for participants.
• Student Learning Outcomes
  Overview and procedures regarding assessment of Student Learning Outcomes for courses, majors and certificates, and institutional learning outcomes. Includes password protected link to SLO SharePoint site, which lists SLO assessments for courses and programs.
• Study Abroad
  Information about the International Studies Committee, including opportunities for faculty to teach abroad and for students to study abroad.
